I love Candleberry products and the rocks glass candles are some of my favorites because you can reuse the glass once the candle is used. The company ships well packaged boxes that are environmentally safe (no plastics). In my recent order one of the glasses arrived broken, which was really strange considering how well wrapped it was and nothing else in the box was damaged. When I sent a picture to the company they apologized and immediately sent a replacement free of charge without me asking. Just great customer service! I am a very loyal customer !
