We have not made any formulation or design changes to our Cucumber Watermelon candle, so we'd very much like the opportunity to inspect the candle you received. While issues like the one you described are extremely uncommon, we'd like to determine exactly what happened.
If you're willing, we'd be happy to arrange for the candle to be returned to us at our expense for evaluation by our production team. Once we've had the opportunity to inspect it, we'll gladly send you a replacement.
