I lit this candle once and after checking on it for an hour the wick had had gone to the side of the jar instead of remaining in the middle. I contact customer support and they said I had put this big candle on a warmer. I don’t even own a warmer. Then they said I put it on my stove, which was ridiculous since I have brought these candles plenty of times, and was a customer of the original candle company, UNEARTHED, before Candle berry brought them out. They’re trying to act like I’ve never handled a candle before when that’s all I use in my house. Ugh, this is frustrating as the wax is still so full and I can’t even light it because the wick is too much to the side and when I re light it, it only burns such a small area and it’s uneven. Worst customer support ever, it’s not even worth it when it’s on sale. Waste of money
