I just received today my barrel tart burner and my three separate wax melts and it is so awesome and amazing. I absolutely love it. I just have one quick question and I’ve been trying to find the answer so with my barrel wax melt burner. It has a soft rubber piece that is on top. I need to know if that is what you put the tarts in to burn them or do you remove The rubber and just burn it in the metal part? I know it seems silly, but that is only question. I need to find out before I actually plug it in and start using it. I would absolutely feel awful if I messed up my new burner for my wax melts. So basically do I leave the rubber piece on top and put the tarts or tart inside of the rubber piece or do I remove the rubber piece? I would appreciate the feedback and like I said I absolutely have never ordered from this company that I have checked it out Many times and I love the fact that it is out of Kentucky and home based even though I live in southern part of Indiana. Kentucky is like my second home and so for anyone that is thinking about ordering from Candleberry, I highly give it five stars and more and recommend it completely. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

To answer your question: yes, the soft rubber piece on top of the burner is exactly where you place your wax melts. It’s designed to make cleanup easy—once the wax cools, you can simply pop it out for a mess-free experience.

Great Warmer. Loved that it had a timer. Only lasted 16 months though.
Love how it shuts off when you wanted to. And I also love how it looks on my table. It blends in well with my decor.
Probably would not buy again. The wax melts do not give off the scent well and the shipping cost will eat you alive.

Ok this is where my review starts. First off this thing just looks awesome. And what’s even nicer is the rubber liner that comes in it for the melt. Will get back to that. The fact this comes with a timer and a heat setting is really cool big fan of that I set it for couple hours and don’t have to worry about it when I’m sleeping. Now back to the rubber liner mine didn’t come with it like my girlfriends did so I called and spoke to customer service. Within a few days I was emailed back they had me what mine was missing and it’s in the mail and on the way. So for me this company gets 5 stars just for taking care of their customers. Highly recommend this company for making things right
