What you’ll need:
- 1 oz (one part) of coconut cream
- 1 oz (one part) of white rum
- 3 oz (three parts) of pineapple juice
- Ice
- Maraschino Cherry (optional)
- Pineapple Slices (optional)
Directions:
- In a blender add coconut cream, rum, pineapple juice and ice.
- Blend thoroughly until smooth
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and/ or pineapple slice(s)
- Serve!!!
