Fundraising First Steps
You must have a physical location and a resale tax id number in order to purchase wholesale.
The process to become a wholesale buyer is to first obtain a wholesale customer application. You can download one by clicking on the Application to Purchase Wholesale link above, or you can request an application by calling or e-mailing us at the following contacts: (502) 223-2799 or info@candleberry.com.
Fill out (and be sure to sign) the application and mail or fax it back to one of the following contacts: The Candleberry Candle Company, 120 Corporate Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601, or (502) 223-2798. We will then evaluate your application, checking to make sure you have a valid sales tax number and storefront, and making sure you are not too close to other current Candleberry Candle wholesale customers.
Order minimums and wholesale prices will be discussed after you have been approved as a wholesale customer.
Note: The Candleberry website is currently not
set up to handle wholesale orders. If you are a current customer and
would like to place a wholesale order, the preferred way to place your
order, resulting in the quickest turnaround is by faxing it to
502-223-2798. However, you may also call in your order to 502-223-2799.
Lastly, you may place your order through your sales representative. If
you do not currently have a sales representative, you will need to call
or fax in your order.
